How to sell iA travel insurance?
Do you want to offer this new product to your existing clients and prospective clients? Here are the steps to follow:
- Complete and return the on-boarding form.
- In the days that follow, you will receive an email from TuGo containing the link to the Consumer Express site (online commerce site) and instructions for creating your user name and password for the Partner Platform. This platform includes the following tools:
- Partner Express: Get rates, sell and renew iA travel insurance
- Information centre: Complete mandatory online training
- Statements: See and export statements in real time
- Download centre: Quickly find and download insurance policies, key benefits and features, sales tools and much more
- Once you have completed the training, you will be ready to sell iA travel insurance.
There are two ways to sell travel insurance:
- Sell directly to your existing client or prospective client in Partner Express.
- Share the link to your Consumer Express website (online commerce site) by email or on social media and invite people to enrol by clicking on the link. By doing this, all sales will be attributed to you automatically.
iA travel insurance is available exclusively online. No paper tools exist. It is also offered directly on our website at: ia.ca/travel-insurance.

iA travel insurance is advantageous for clients of all ages. There are no medical eligibility questions for travellers 59 or under. Travellers 60 or over must complete a simple five-question medical questionnaire.
